Billie Jean Jackson has alleged that she gave birth to Prince Michael Jackson II, nicknamed Blanket, in 2002.
She has demanded £668 million in paternity payments, as well as joint legal and physical custody of the child, according to legal documents obtained by Extra.
The lawsuit also requests that Billie Jean be allowed to participate in Blanket's education.
The singer, who had a hit single 'Billie Jean' in 1983, has repeatedly refused to name the six-year-old's mother, claiming that he was born as a result of artificial insemination.
