Kanye West makes paparazzi resolution

The rapper recently called for a law to be passed against paparazzi intrusion, claiming that snappers currently lack "common courtesy" and engage in "by any means necessary" behaviour.
West has been arrested on two different occasions after clashing with photographers, most recently in Newcastle when he was accused of pushing a camera into a photographer's face. He was subsequently released without charge.
However, he told TMZ that he intends to make peace in 2009. "I love you guys. That's my New Year's resolution. Me and the paparazzi," he said.
