Madden: 'Richie and I might adopt'

Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden has revealed that he and partner Nicole Richie would consider adopting a child.

Madden, who already shares daughter Harlow with Richie, said that although the couple are not looking to expand their family yet, they would not rule out the possibility of adoption in the future

"I'm definitely not against adopting," he told OK!. "I went to Central African Republic and fell in love with the place. If I was going to adopt, it would probably be from there.

"Nicole and I are very happy and eventually we'd love to have more kids, especially if they can all be as easy and wonderful as Harlow!"

Richie was adopted by singer Lionel Richie when she was nine years old and has previously stated her willingness to consider adoption.
