Alesha dating record company boss?

Alesha Dixon is allegedly dating the boss of her record label.

The singer reportedly fell for music executive Ed Howard while working on her debut album The Alesha Show, according to The Sunday Mirror.

"Alesha is madly in love. They make a great couple and the chemistry between them is obvious," a source told the newspaper.

"Ed's good-looking and generous and has her best interests at heart."

The star has been spotted on a number of dinner dates and clubbing with Howard, who heads up the UK wing of Asylum Records.

Dixon releases her new single 'Breath Slow' early in the New Year.
