DJ AM has reportedly filed a lawsuit against a number of companies connected to the plane crash in which he and Travis Barker were the only survivors.
The 35-year-old, real name Adam Goldstein, accused the pilots of the Learjet of negligence and blamed faulty equipment for causing the accident, reports TMZ.
The lawsuit, filed at LA's County Superior Court, alleges that pilots Sarah Lemmon and James Bland, who were both killed in the crash, were "either poorly trained and/or failed to follow their training".
It adds: "Rather than proceed to takeoff, they decided to abort and/or reject the takeoff in a negligent manner."
The suit also accuses the plane of being "defective, not fit for its intended purposes and unreasonably dangerous".
Goldstein, who suffered severe burns in the crash, wants damages for pain and suffering, lost earnings, property damage, past and future medical and health-related expenses, and punitive damages.
The estates of the two pilots and Learjet are among the defendants named.
Last month Barker and the mother of his bodyguard Charles Still, who was also killed in the accident, filed separate lawsuits containing similar allegations, although neither named the pilots' estates as defendants.
