Stone calls police on 'suspicious man'

Sharon Stone reportedly called police after a "suspicious man" attempted to deliver a package to her Los Angeles home.

The Basic Instinct star called the Beverly Hills Police Department on Sunday after the man arrived at her home claiming to be making a delivery.

An insider told TMZ that the actress described the man as "suspicious" and that she had a "bad feeling" that he was not a legitimate caller.

However, Stone reportedly failed to follow up her complaint after being told to redirect her call to the Los Angeles Police Department.

A man who turned up at Tom Cruise's Beverly Hills home and attempted to deliver a letter was recently given a restraining order by an LA court.
