Jennifer Aniston has claimed that her recent racy GQ cover was "photoshopped".

The actress, 39, posed wearing only a red, white and blue necktie for the men's magazine's January issue.

When asked on The View what had changed from her "girl next door" image in the 1990s, Aniston replied: "She's there [on the cover]! Photoshopped!"

Explaining how the cover came about, she continued: "There was a story behind this. This had a whole concept.

"It was going to be in various stages of undress. There was going to be me in a gown and men in tuxedos. And then it would be me wearing the man's shirt. And he would have no shirt on.

"And then they were supposed to get naked! Somehow I don't know what happened!"

She joked: "They got me bombed!"
