Moss loses £3,000 Christmas ring

Kate Moss has lost a ring given to her as a Christmas present by boyfriend Jamie Hince

The supermodel misplaced the £3,000 gift in her Cotswolds home just hours after receiving it.

"There was a terrible panic when Kate realised the ring had disappeared. Jamie had it made for her in Santa Fe, it is a Native American design and is meant to symbolise Kate’s future happiness and Jamie’s role in it," a source told The Mirror.

Moss was left desperately searching for the ring just hours before departing for a stress management course in Thailand.

"When Kate realised it wasn’t back in its box she started scouring through bins and discarded wrapping paper looking for it.

"Jamie almost lost his temper when he thought they were going to miss their flight. After he got her in the car, Kate couldn’t stop apologising."
