Silvstedt: 'I use a high-heel workout'

Victoria Silvstedt has said that she wears high-heeled shoes all day to stay in shape.

The glamour model claimed that the footwear ensures her legs are given a workout and remain toned when she does not have time to go to the gym.

"How I stay in shape? 12 hours a day in heels," she told Bang Showbiz.

"I'm literally moving all day long in heels. When I'm not working I do go to the gym and do my cardio but nothing beats the high-heel workout!"

Silvstedt, 34, also revealed that she is keen to start a family, but admitted she is struggling to find a man because of her busy work schedule.

"I do get kind of jealous when I see women with children but look at Angelina Jolie, she is like a super mama and proof that you can have a career and a family," she said.

"I don't really have time for men at the moment anyway. I'm back and forth between Paris and Rome so I'm like a ping-pong ball. When I do get any time off I spend it with my girlfriends so it hasn't been great for meeting men."
