Goody 'will be bald by January'

Jade Goody has admitted that she expects chemotherapy to leave her bald next month.

Writing in her column for New! magazine, the reality TV star explained that she will have lost all of her hair by January 8 after receiving the treatment for cervical cancer.

Discussing her progress, she continued: "I was told my cancer cells have shrunk a little, which means the chemo is working. But it's too soon to say if I have a better chance of survival."

Goody was first diagnosed with the illness while she took part in the Indian version of Big Brother in August.

She has since taken on a Christmas panto role but is believed to have missed a number of shows recently because she is too ill to appear.
