Kelly Brook has started following a fitness regime used by her rugby star boyfriend Danny Cipriani, say reports.
The actress and model, 29, is impressed by the amount of food Cipriani can eat while still retaining a "rock-hard body", according to The Mirror.
Brook's new routine reportedly involves "power squats, deadlifts and bench presses down the gym".
"Danny has an incredible physique and works really hard to maintain it," said a source. "Watching him go off to the gym every day, Kelly's been inspired to follow suit and get fit.
"She also loves how much food he can pack away and reckons if a bit of hard work on the treadmill means she can eat what she likes, then it's worth it."
The insider added: “Danny thinks Kelly's beautiful as she is but agreed to devise a training programme for her. He's used one similar to that given to the Wasps boys, but obviously she's lifting far lighter weights - and not doing scrums."
