Dannii Minogue reportedly took her boyfriend to Australia to meet her family for the first time over Christmas.
The 38-year-old has been dating rugby league star Kris Smith since meeting him during an Ibiza holiday this summer.
A source told The People that Minogue is smitten with Smith and wants the thumbs-up from big sister Kylie, saying: "Dannii thinks Kris is The One and was keen for Kylie's seal of approval."
The report refutes claims last month that the X Factor judge had dumped Smith after a string of arguments.
