Reid denies checking out of rehab

Tara Reid has denied speculation that she has checked herself out of rehab.

An earlier report in People had suggested that the American Pie star had left the Promises Treatment Centre in Malibu, California after just three weeks.

However, Reid's publicist Jack Ketsoyan dismissed the rumours, telling E! News: "It's not true."

The actress voluntarily entered Promises last month, but Ketsoyan refused to comment on what the star is being treated for, saying: "We appreciate your respect to her and her family's privacy at this time."
