Geldof, Drummey 'spend NYE apart'

Peaches Geldof has fuelled rumours that her marriage to musician Max Drummey is on the verge of collapse by choosing not to spend New Year's Eve with him.

According to the Daily Star, the pair saw in 2009 in America but did so separately. Geldof spent New Year's Eve shopping with friends on Miami's South Beach before attending a party later in the night.

She earlier admitted that she would spend Christmas with her father and not Drummey, saying: "It's tradition for me to be at my dad's house with my family, and the same for Max to be with his. We see each other all the time, so that's fine with us. It's what other young couples do, and it's only for four days."

The couple married in Las Vegas last August after dating for a month.
