The Friends star confirmed that she wants to provide a brother or sister for four-year-old Coco, despite previously struggling to conceive.
"I'd like to have another child and I'll probably do IVF again, even though it's hard. Maybe if it doesn't work I'll adopt," she told Metro.
Cox, who married actor David Arquette in June 1999, also admitted that she couldn't imagine not being a mother.
"I can't imagine life without having a child, I don't even remember what life was like four years ago.
"Coco is everything to me. I had problems getting pregnant, we did IVF and it was tough."
The star recently revealed that she and her husband regularly undergo marriage therapy because they would never consider having a divorce.
