According to ThisIsLondon, the pair were spotted kissing at London's Mahiki nightclub last night.
"They really were all over each other, sharing a Treasure Chest [cocktail]," said a witness. "They were kissing and holding hands, and being very tactile with each other.
"They were sat next to each other on a table of about 15 people, including actress Ashley Lilley, and looked very at home together."
Cooper, 29, and Seyfried, 23, remained at the venue until 3am and departed in a taxi together.
