The glamour model was due in court yesterday after allegedly breaking a 30mph speed limit in Brighton last March.
Price's barrister Katherine Hodson claimed that an adjournment for the prosecution after they failed to properly collect evidence would be unfair to her client, telling magistrates: "To adjourn the case is, in my submission, not in the interests of justice."
Chair of the bench Lady Anne Mogg formally dismissed the charges and the trial at Brighton Magistrates' Court will no longer go ahead.
