Fielder-Civil 'files for divorce'

Blake Fielder-Civil has reportedly filed for divorce from Amy Winehouse.

Although still serving time in prison for an assault charge, the singer's estranged husband has allegedly told divorce lawyer Henri Brandman to begin proceedings.

Fielder-Civil has claimed that Winehouse committed adultery and is seeking half her £10 million fortune, according to the Daily Mail.

Winehouse recently conceded that the couple's marriage is over and has met with lawyers to secure her assets.

She has claimed that she is now getting her life back on track after meeting new boyfriend Josh Bowman.
