Kid Rock doesn't 'get' rehab

Kid Rock has revealed that he cannot relate to people who check themselves into rehab.

The singer, who confessed that he has a problem with drinking, claimed that he does not see how time in a clinic can help addicts change their ways.

"I do not understand rehab," he said. "If it works for people then God bless them. People have different personalities. Some people do a line of cocaine and start selling their TVs and their guitar and everything else. Other people do it, have a fun night and go about their business."

He added that counselling sessions he was ordered to attend after a waffle house brawl last year proved to be futile.

The 37-year-old said: "I have been to anger management twice. After the first session the lady was like: 'Baby, you don't seem that angry at all. You seem like a really nice guy.' I go: 'That's the way I feel too.'"
