According to the Daily Mail, the couple were spotted "frolicking on the beach" in Hawaii yesterday.
The Bride Wars actress was first linked to Scott last week when they were seen together at the Kapalua Resort.
The PGA star played down rumours about their relationship at the time, commenting: "I'm not here with her but I know Kate. We met here [for the first time]. We have a mutual friend so we met through him."
Hudson, who has previously dated Owen Wilson and Lance Armstrong, has a five-year-old son with ex-husband Chris Robinson.
She recently said that she was taking time out from relationships to get a "new perspective" on life.
"I feel good in relationships. I enjoy them, so I feel my best when I'm in something solid," she told InStyle. "But it's also the first time I've ever taken a step back and gotten a new perspective. I've made a conscious decision to try to stay single as long as possible."
