The 'Milkshake' singer, who wed Nas in 2005, is said to be pregnant with the 35-year-old's baby.
"It's all they are talking about. She is carrying hip-hop royalty. They are so excited," a source told Us Weekly.
A spokesperson for the 29-year-old refused to comment.
