Snoop enlists star support in lifting UK ban

Snoop Dogg has revealed that he is hoping that his celebrity friends can help him get his UK ban lifted.

The rapper was banned from the UK three years ago after being arrested at Heathrow Airport over a brawl.

However, the star has told The Mirror that he is "desperate" to return to the UK and is doing everything he can to have his travel restriction reversed.

"I've called David Beckham, Sir Paul McCartney, hell, I want to get the whole of the Beatles to help me get back in," he said. "I'm trying to get through to Madonna as well. I'd love them all to write to the Prime Minister to change his mind."

The 'Sensual Seduction' star added that he loves the capital, saying: "London was one of the first places I came to when I first made it. The people are so warm and friendly and I need to be there for my creativity.

"So tell my fans I have not forgotten them and I have not given up hope. Shout out to them all - especially the ladies."
