According to the Daily Express, the ex-Spice Girl is shy about certain areas of her body including her bum and stomach, which has scars from her 2005 Caesarean.
"Victoria's butt is a no-go area," said a source. "She made it clear to those working on the shoot that her bottom is not to be highlighted.
"She also joked that only husband David and her know what her stomach is really like, with its stretch marks... and she plans to keep it that way!"
Beckham followed in David's footsteps by posing in her underwear for Emporio Armani and allegedly earned £12 million for the advertising campaign.
