The glamour model has extended a dinner invite to the Beckham family when they are in Los Angeles.
"They would be more than welcome," she told OK! magazine.
"I'd definitely be up for meeting up with them."
Price has previously criticised the former Spice Girl for not supporting her after ex-boyfriend Dane Bowers cheated on her.
She has also accused Beckham of "craving attention".
