Goody steps out without headscarf

Jade Goody has appeared in public with her head uncovered for the first time since losing her hair.

The reality TV star was snapped without a headscarf as she joked around with her personal trainer Kevin Adams, a former Fame Academy coach, outside her home in Essex.

Goody first unveiled her bald head in a photoshoot for the News Of The World, which was featured in the newspaper at the weekend.

The 27-year-old lost her hair earlier this month after receiving chemotherapy treatment for cervical cancer.

Speaking to New! magazine, she revealed: "On New Year's Day I had a bath and washed my hair. When I towel dried my hair there was hair all over on the towel.

"I thought, 'Oh my God it's falling out.' Then I put my hand through my hair and chunks and chunks of it just came away."

The former Big Brother contestant has confirmed that she has just a 40% chance of beating her illness.
