Rihanna: 'I want to star in movies'

Rihanna has revealed that she would love to become a movie star.

The 'Disturbia' singer hopes to follow in the footsteps of Beyoncé and Jennifer Hudson, who have both made a successful transition from music to film.

Speaking to OK!, she said: "I'd love to star in some movies, that's my next goal. I love my music but I want to get into movies."

The 20-year-old made her screen debut in 2006's Bring It On: All Or Nothing, playing herself alongside Heroes star Hayden Panettiere.

However, the singer admitted that she also hopes to pursue other interests, including fashion and cosmetics.

"I want to start some businesses of my own," she said. "I like clothes, I love makeup, so maybe I could have a hand in some of those things."
