Pattinson 'given media training for Twilight'

Robert Pattinson was given media training to deal with the publicity demands of Twilight, according to his friend Camilla Belle.

Speaking to Nylon, the 10,000 BC actress revealed that Pattinson had opened up to her about his frustration with the process.

"My friend Rob, for that whole Twilight nonsense, the studio was having them take all these classes," she said.

"It was the most frustrating thing in the world because they want you to speak like someone else, not yourself. It's so silly. And I would be frustrated too."

Last year, Pattinson spoke to DS about the pressures of being part of the Twilight phenomenon, describing the experience as "very scary".
