Holloway: I wouldn't wish fame on anyone

Lost star Josh Holloway has claimed that he would not wish fame on anyone.

The former model, who plays Sawyer in the ABC drama, said that he struggles to deal with the "sex symbol" status he has gained since appearing in the hit show.

"The whole sex symbol thing is really strange. I wouldn't wish it on anybody. I appreciate the opportunity to work, the cash it gives you, and other things it provides are wonderful," he told Company magazine.

"But the celebrity thing... I don't like attention. Like anybody, it's impossible not to feel self-conscious if someone's looking at you all the time, everywhere you go."

Holloway, 39, recently announced that he and wife Yessica are expecting their first child.
