Posh 'has smaller breast implants'

Victoria Beckham has reportedly undergone surgery to make her breasts smaller and more natural looking.

Recent photographs of the former Spice Girl have shown her chest to be 'less inflated' and 'sitting more naturally', according to Heat.

"I think she may have opted for a smaller implant," Dr. Alex Karidis told the magazine.

"They have more of a slope at the side and are much flatter. It's possible her implants have changed."

Beckham, who was once described as having the 'worst' type of breast, has so far refused to confirm whether she has had any cosmetic surgery.
