Davina McCall has bought a luxury country mansion for £3.2 million.

The Big Brother presenter snapped up the property in South East England as house prices across Britain tumble.

Land Registry records show that McCall's property lost 13.9% of its value in the last year, according to The Sun.

The estate boasts two swimming pools, a paddock, a tennis court and a private path leading to the local railway station.

The main mansion, which used to be a medieval nunnery, has five bathrooms, five reception rooms, a large conservatory, gatehouse and a seperate lodge for staff.

McCall, who is reportedly paid £1.25 million a year for presenting the Channel 4 show, will move to the estate with husband Matthew Robertson and the couple's three children.
