The socialite, who is currently in Britain promoting her new series Paris Hilton's British Best Friend, said that she respects his ex-girlfiend Chelsy Davy too much to consider it.
"I think he’s a very nice boy," she told The Sun. "But Chelsy is a really sweet girl - I wouldn’t do that to her."
Hilton met Princes William and Harry during a previous trip to the UK and said: 'Don't you just love the Princes? They are so hot."
