Heche 'wants boyfriend to get divorced'

Anne Heche has reportedly told boyfriend James Tupper that he must get divorced before she gives birth to their child.

The actress herself filed for divorce from then-husband Coley Laffoon in 2007. Laffoon is the father of her six-year-old son Homer.

A source explained to Star magazine: "Anne has told him that it's gone on long enough. She wants it finished.

"She doesn't want to give birth to their son while his father is married to another woman. She knows how hard it is to get through a divorce, because she's done it herself."

The source added that Heche cannot understand why it is taking Tupper so long to complete his own divorce.

Last year, the Psycho actress admitted in court papers that she was struggling to pay child and spousal support of $15,000 (£10,520) per month.
