Alexandra Burke's half-brother is allegedly working illegally in Britain as a cleaner.
Travoir Burke, 28, earns £6 an hour working five evenings a week in a North London office block, reports The Sun.
A friend said: "He came over from Jamaica in 2003 after he got into some bother over there. He's never had the right visa to work here."
A spokesman for the X Factor singer said she knew nothing of the legalities of his visa status. Meanwhile, a Home Office source reportedly confirmed that no one called Travoir Burke had entered the UK legitimately and said the information had been passed to the UK Border Agency.
Travoir and Alexandra share the same father, restaurant boss David, 51, but have different mothers.
Earlier this week, the singer's mother Melissa Bell expressed her outrage after learning that she is being investigated for benefit fraud.
