Jon Bon Jovi enters Hall Of Fame

Jon Bon Jovi is to enter the New Jersey Hall Of Fame.

Winners of the honour are chosen by the Hall's voting academy and by local residents online.

Other inductees include Bud Abbott and Lou Costello, Carl Sagan, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Walt Whitman, Jerry Lewis and William Carlos Williams.

Bon Jovi, a New Jersey native, is building affordable housing in Newark and other cities through his charitable foundation.

The induction ceremony will be held in May at the New Jersey Performing Arts Centre in Newark.
