P Diddy faces lawsuit over scent design

Sean 'Diddy' Combs is being sued by an artist who claims that the rapper's fragrance bottle is a rip-off of his design.

Tom Patti alleged in a lawsuit filed last week that the packaging for Combs's Unforgivable scent was taken from two sculptures that he copyrighted in the 1980s.

According to WENN, Patti is claiming unspecified damages from the rap mogul.

Unforgivable comes in a grey glass bottle with ribbing and a glass cradle, which Patti claims is similar to his conceptions 'Modulated Solar Airframe' and 'Compacted Gray With Clear And Ribs'.
