Westwood reveals Anderson as new muse

Vivienne Westwood has enlisted Pamela Anderson as a muse for the launch of her latest fashion collection.

The former Playboy covergirl poses in hot pants and a knit dress and stars alongside Dame Vivienne and her husband Andreas Kronthaler in the campaign for the line, reports the Daily Mail.

Anderson has long been a fan of Westwood and the pair apparently hit it off immediately when they met at the spring/summer Red Label show in London last autumn.

A spokesperson for Westwood said: "At a meeting backstage after the show, Vivienne thought Pamela looked stunning in her clothes. When thinking of casting her next campaign, she immediately thought of Pamela and called her to ask if she would be interested. Pamela agreed on the spot."

The campaign was shot in one day by renowned photographer Juergen Teller, who is in his fourth season for Westwood.
