Williams girlfriend 'staying in LA'

Robbie Williams's girlfriend Ayda Field does not want to leave Los Angeles and live in England with the former Take That star, it has been claimed.

The actress, who is beginning to gain recognition, has been trying to make it in Hollywood for nearly a decade, The Sun reports.

"She isn't going to dump all that hard work for Robbie," a source told the newspaper.

"She simply isn't going to go so either he stays or they split. She has worked long and hard and she isn't giving it up for him. Ayda is ruthless about work."

The source added that Williams had helped raise Field's profile and that she was making the most of it.

Take That songwriter Gary Barlow recently admitted that he could not promise a full band reunion with Williams.
