Hilton: 'Robert Pattinson is beautiful'

Paris Hilton has confessed that she has a crush on Twilight star Robert Pattinson.

Speaking to E! News, the heiress said that she now understands "all the hype" surrounding the vampire movie.

"I just saw Twilight last night for the first time, and I have to say that I think Rob is a beautiful man and an amazing actor," she said, adding: "He's fabulous!"

"I just didn't get it before, but now it all makes sense. I really enjoyed the movie and loved watching Rob in it."

Pattinson, who will star as Salvador Dalí in Little Ashes later this year, was recently voted the most attractive man of 2008.

Production on New Moon, the forthcoming sequel to Twilight, is scheduled to begin next month.
