Aubrey O'Day: 'Sex is empowering'

Aubrey O'Day has said that sex and sexuality can be empowering and liberating.

The actress was speaking to MTV News after a photoshoot for Playboy magazine.

She said: "We constantly feel the need to not say this or not wear this or do that, and taking it all off and being nude is the most natural state that you can be in.

"Being able to feel comfortable with that and show that sex can be a beautiful, comfortable - your sexuality can be a beautiful, comfortable thing - is going to be empowering for people."

She added that being comfortable with one's sexuality can help people feel liberated and reduce the amount of STDs, teenage pregnancy and girl-on-girl hate.

The former Danity Kane singer recently said that she wants to be the girl who gives a man "the best sex he has ever had".
