McCartney unveils 'eye yoga' video

Sir Paul McCartney has revealed a new video aimed at ensuring good eye health.

The former Beatle said that he was so impressed with optic yoga that he wants to share the technique with fans.

"When I was in India, there was a guy at one of the hotels who offered to teach me eye yoga exercises. He told me eyes are muscles just like any other and they need exercise to keep them working properly," he said.

According to Now, the 66-year-old demonstrates the techniques on the video to help fans to ensure that their eyes remain in tip top shape.

The video comes after McCartney revealed that The Beatles' music is entering the gaming genre in a new Rock Band game which will specifically focus on music by the Fab Four.
