Winehouse dad travels to Caribbean

Amy Winehouse's father has travelled to the Caribbean because he is concerned about her behaviour, it has been claimed.

Cab driver Mitch flew to St Lucia and discovered that his daughter had been admitted to hospital after making a mistake with her drug-replacement treatment last week, The Sun reports.

A source said: "He heard things weren't quite as rosy as during his last visit and thought he should return.

"She needs an eye on her in case she hits the hard stuff."

The singer is said to be doing well in her battle against addiction to crack cocaine and heroin.

Earlier this month, it was claimed that Winehouse is smoking up to ten spliffs a day while in the Caribbean, but is not doing any harder drugs.
