Halle Berry tops Oscars style poll

Halle Berry has topped a poll to find the most stylish Oscar look of all time.

The gown worn by the X-Men star to the 2003 ceremony was named the best red carpet outfit in a new survey by Galaxy Minstrels.

Berry's hand-embroidered Elie Saab design received over 25% of the votes, beating competition from Keira Knightley's 2006 Vera Wang creation and the Galliano gown worn by Heidi Klum in 2008.

Costume designer Lizzy Gardiner was named the least stylish for her 1995 outfit that was made entirely from gold American Express cards. Icelandic singer Bjork's 2001 swan costume was ranked second, while Whoopi Goldberg nabbed third place for the purple and green trousersuit she wore the same year.
