Megan Fox calls off engagement?

Transformers star Megan Fox has reportedly ended her engagement to Brian Austin Green.

According to Us Weekly, the couple decided to part ways after realising that their relationship had "run its course".

"It's completely amicable and they are remaining friends," said a source, who added that the pair would use their time apart to "focus on their careers".

However, a friend of Green has played down the rumours, telling E! News: "They definitely were in love - crazy jealousy and all. At the moment, I hear they're fine."

Green, who starred in Beverly Hills, 90210, publicly voiced his admiration for Fox last year, saying: "She always looks hot. I stand next to her and it's like beauty and the beast."
