According to The Sun, Blake Fielder-Civil was freed from Edmund's Hill Prison in Suffolk at around 10am this morning.
The 26-year-old was met at the facility's gates by his mother, who handed him a trilby hat before ushering him into a waiting car.
Fielder-Civil was jailed for 27 months after being found guilty of assaulting a pub landlord in East London and perverting the course of justice. He was released into a rehab centre in November but was later placed back behind bars after failing a drugs test.
He is currently embroiled in divorce proceedings with the singer, who has vowed that she will not pay him a penny of her £10 million fortune.
