Tweed was let out of prison earlier this month but must wear an electronic tag and observe a 7pm curfew as conditions of his release.
He told The Sun that there was a chance his probation officers would agree to suspend his tag after a meeting in Harlow, Essex.
Tweed said: "Hopefully they will relax the tag to let me be with Jade. She's my wife and she needs me by her side."
Currently, Tweed must leave Goody's bedside every night and return to his mother's house in Buckhurst Hill.
Goody's spokesperson said that they were "not really expecting anything" with regards to a relaxation of Tweed's curfew.
He said: "We are not taking liberties. We don't want to push it and we understand the deal - but it would be wonderful if something could be done.
"Jade would obviously love to have her husband by her side at the moment."
He added that the couple was happy that Tweed's curfew was suspended for their wedding night at the weekend.
