The singers have sued Silver Cross for trademark infringement after the manufacturer promoted a stroller by using a photo of the couple pushing their children in it.
The suit, filed at LA's District Court, alleges that using the image had the potential to fool people into "believing that Lopez and Anthony endorse and sponsor" the product.
The pair are seeking at least $5 million (£3.5 million) in damages, a permanent injunction against the company using their image again and any profits made as a result of the unlawful photo.
