Goody to spend weekend in hospice

Jade Goody has left her Essex home to reportedly spend "a few days" at a nearby hospice.

Goody, who has terminal cancer, was accompanied on the short journey to the medical facility by new husband Jack Tweed.

The former Big Brother contestant was able to walk unaided to the vehicle and told waiting photographers that she was "going away for a few days".

The mother-of-two, 27, wed Tweed last Sunday after doctors said that there was nothing more they could do to stop her cancer.

She was diagnosed with the disease last August while appearing on the Indian Big Brother.
