The rap artist, who recently revealed that his forthcoming LP Last Train To Paris will tell a "profound love story", claimed to be taking part in the erotic spiritual practice in the early hours of Friday morning.
According to WENN, he initially wrote: "Having tantric sex! I feel so much better! Thank you." Subsequent internet postings included the star's boast that he would carry on for 36 hours.
However, ten hours into the session the Twitter update revealed: "I gotta stop. I'm tired and sore! I'll try again tomorrow. Go back to work people."
Combs, who didn't say who else was involved in the act, recently claimed that his new fragrance for men was inspired by his breath.
