Watson 'offered Yale, Cambridge places'

Emma Watson has been offered places at two of the world's most prestigious universities, reports the Daily Star.

The Harry Potter star has been accepted into both an unknown programme at Yale University in Connecticut and an English Literature course at Cambridge.

However, sources have revealed that the 18-year-old is struggling to decide whether to study abroad or remain closer to home.

Last month, the actress told the Daily Mail that going to university would "make her a better actress", adding: "The experience of living like that, working to deadlines, living with other students. It’s all the things I want.

"There are actresses who don’t know about things like doing their own laundry and getting a bus. I’m not going to be like that."
