The footballer, currently on loan to AC Milan, was in Qatar preparing for an exhibition match against Al Sadd and was unable to make it to Los Angeles for last Wednesday's celebration, reports claim.
His wife Victoria reportedly arranged the event at indoor skate park Skatelab and laid on a feast of pizza and presents for guests.
Brooklyn was joined by his brothers Romeo, six, and Cruz, four, as well as friends including Gwen Stefani's two-year-old son Kingston.
Earlier in the week, Victoria reportedly treated the children to a day at Universal Studios, where they were allowed on a free-fall simulation ride.
Onlookers watched as the fashion designer posed in a figure-hugging black designer dress and five-inch Christian Louboutin heels.
